Three Stars Inc. Green Team Brainstorms Potential Projects

 

One of the first things we decided to do with our Green Team was to get everyone on the same page. We realized that unless we were excited and passionate about our cause, no one else would be. So we got some literature and movies on global warming and green initiatives that are being implemented all over the world. At the end of our ´research session´, the Three Stars Inc. Green Team was fired up and ready to start making the Earth healthy again.

Our plan is simple; to raise awareness. We will be creating green shirts for the employees of Three Stars Inc. to wear. They can then wear the shirts when they go out so as to be seen at the store, sporting events, the park, etc. The point is twofold: first, it´s free advertising for Three Stars Inc. and secondly, it will promote that we were a green company and more importantly, that people care and that "being green" is truly important.

This is just one of many ideas the Three Stars Inc. Green Team plans to enact in the coming months and years. The scope of our ideas depends on the amount of funds we can raise. As this is a grass roots effort from within the company, we want to keep it that way and raise money from amongst the staff to fund all of the operations.
